RPT 00003 : file open dialog (plus calling wizard) can crash

A common file open dialog is used throughout ROOMS for selecting and previewing bitmap, shape, sky and world files.

The dialog is used extensively in ROOMS wizards.

If your computer runs out of space on C:\ and the dialog is invoked it may not be able to get enough memory and crashes. This also causes the wizard which the dialog belongs to, to crash. The failure occurs deep within Windows and may or may not prove amenable to fixing or avoidance.

As a rule of thumb, this situation should not occur if you have (say) at least 10 Mb free on C:\ when ROOMS and all the other applications you want to use are running.
