RPT 00001 : icon deleted when invalid shape specified

A ROOMS icon gets its shape from a ROOMS shape file. A shape file may be specified
for an icon using the property wizard or the shape wizard. If the shape file is invalid
then the icon is deleted when the wizard completes.
This is incorrect. If a shape file is invalid, the icon should retain its original
shape and an error message should be issued.
Note that the preview window in the ROOMS file open dialog is usually blank when
an invalid shape file is selected, and this can help avoid the problem by providing
an early warning.
